The USB3320C-EZK-TR is a highly integrated, full-featured High-Speed USB 2.0 transceiver designed to provide a small-footprint PHY solution for portable consumer electronics and industrial equipment. Utilizing the industry-standard ULPI interface, it seamlessly connects USB Link layers (MCUs/FPGAs) to the USB bus while supporting data rates up to 480 Mbps. A standout feature is Microchip's flexPWR® technology, which ensures extremely low power consumption and features a dedicated sleep mode for battery preservation. The chip also integrates a high-quality USB switch, allowing a single connector to handle data, battery charging, and analog audio accessories simultaneously. With built-in ±15kV ESD protection and 30V VBUS over-voltage protection, the USB3320C provides a robust, low-eBOM solution for high-reliability networking, medical, and mobile applications.
