The nRF52833-QDAA-R is an ultra-low-power multiprotocol System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for demanding industrial and commercial IoT applications. Built around a 64 MHz Arm Cortex-M4 processor with FPU, it features 512 KB Flash and 128 KB RAM to support complex applications and concurrent protocol operation. This SoC is a leader in Bluetooth Direction Finding, supporting both AoA and AoD for high-precision location services. Qualified for an extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, it is ideal for professional lighting, asset tracking, and advanced wearables. The integrated Full-speed USB 2.0 and high-speed SPI interfaces provide robust connectivity options, while the wide 1.7V to 5.5V supply range supports various power sources, including rechargeable batteries and USB.
