The TOF200C VL53L0X Laser Ranging Sensor Module is a high-precision, compact Time-of-Flight (ToF) distance sensor capable of measuring absolute distances up to 2 meters. Based on the industry-standard VL53L0X flight-time engine, it utilizes a safe, invisible 940nm VCSEL laser emitter to measure how long light takes to bounce back from a target. Unlike traditional infrared sensors that rely on reflected light intensity, this ToF technology ensures highly accurate distance readings regardless of target color, reflectivity, or surface texture.

This miniature sensor module is fully compatible with popular microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP32, STM32, and Raspberry Pi via its standard I2C (IIC) interface. Operating on a wide voltage range of 3.0V to 5.0V, it is ideal for obstacle avoidance in robotics, gesture recognition, smart home automation, liquid level sensing, and automated landing systems for micro UAVs.
