MACH3 5-Axis CNC Breakout Board Interface Module

The MACH3 5-Axis CNC Breakout Board Interface Module is a high-performance control board designed to interface your computer with stepper motor drivers for CNC engraving machines, routers, and plasma cutters. Operating via the classic DB25 parallel port and fully compatible with MACH3, KCAM4, and EMC2 software, this board allows seamless control of up to five independent axes (X, Y, Z, A, and B). It acts as a robust bridge, translating software commands into precise physical movements while protecting your computer's sensitive parallel port from high-voltage spikes.

This interface board features complete optocoupler isolation on all input signals, including limit switches, emergency stops, and tool alignment probes, ensuring maximum safety and noise immunity. It also includes an onboard 1-channel relay output, ideal for controlling spindle start/stop, coolant pumps, or dust collectors. With a dedicated 0-10V analog output, you can easily control spindle speed through a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Power can be conveniently drawn via the included USB cable (5V) for logic, while the control circuitry supports a wide 12V to 24V external input with anti-reverse protection.
