The ATMEGA48V-10PU is a high-performance, ultra-low-power 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller designed for versatile embedded control applications. As a low-voltage variant of the megaAVR series, it operates at a wide supply range from 1.8V to 5.5V, making it exceptionally suited for battery-powered devices and energy-efficient systems. The chip features 4 KB of In-System Programmable Flash, 512 bytes of SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM. With its advanced RISC architecture, it executes 131 instructions—most in a single clock cycle—achieving a throughput of nearly 1 MIPS per MHz. Integrated peripherals include a 6-channel 10-bit ADC, three flexible timer/counters, and multiple serial interfaces like SPI, I2C, and USART.
