The ADXL362BCCZ-RL is a groundbreaking ultra-low power, 3-axis MEMS accelerometer designed for energy-sensitive applications. It stands out by consuming less than 2 μA at a 100 Hz output data rate and a mere 270 nA in its motion-triggered wake-up mode. Unlike other accelerometers, the ADXL362 does not alias input signals by under-sampling; it samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates. This device includes a 12-bit output resolution and integrated features such as a 512-sample FIFO buffer and autonomous motion detection logic. Housed in a compact LGA-16 package, it is the ideal choice for wearable devices, hearing aids, and remote wireless sensor nodes where battery life is the primary design constraint.
