Refund Policy

Guarantee/Warranty:

All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 15 Days , Customer need to raise return request within 48 Hours period of time after delivery if any manufacturing defects found. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost within this duration. we will replace your product or refund your full amount.  If Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way than it will not cover under warranty.

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return or refund for the product. Our team will analysis the defective product and take decision about replacement and refund. if our team will find product defect due to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way by customer than there no replacement and refund will be provided to customer this final decision will be taken by our team.

100% Refund/Replacement:

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 5 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue replacement of refund for the product.  Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item than send us an email at info@flyrobo.in and send your item to: SF4, Vrundavan Heights, New SG Road, Gota, Ahmedabad 382481.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
